Continue into Cupar on a straight axis, taking exit signs for St. Andrews through the town of Cupar. Once on East End road - leaving Cupar towards St. Andrews - at the Eden Valley Business Park roundabout, take the second exit on the right and continue for 50 yards into the business park. At the first roundabout within the business park take the second exit and continue past Meldrums and Hoggs of Fife LTD. Continue straight into the premises of Cupar Garden Centre at the end of the road.

Cross the Tay via the Tay Road Bridge, taking the second exit at the roundabout along the A92. At the roundabout between the A92 and A914 take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A914. Continue straight through Balmullo on the A914 until the roundabout where the A914 meets the A91. Take the second exit on the right into Dairsie, continuing through towards Cupar. Upon entering Cupar, you will pass an industrial estate before approaching a roundabout at the Eden Valley Business Park. Take the first exit on the left and continue for 50 yards into the business park.
